You tap one button on your phone when they leave. 30 minutes later, they get a friendly text with a direct link to your Google review box. No passwords. No apps to install.
Works on the phone in your pocket. Nothing to download, nothing to learn.

Sent from your business name, with your review link.
Three steps. Two of them happen without you.
10 seconds
As you serve a customer, put their first name and phone number into your private phone screen. Tap Done when they walk out. That is your whole job.
30 minutes later
While the great service is still fresh in their mind, ReviewLoop sends one polite text or email from your business. One. Never a second one.
One tap for them
The link opens your Google review box directly. No searching for your business, no menus, nothing to work out. They tap the stars and they are done.
Plenty of review tools will quietly get your listing punished. These are the three things that matter, and we are on the right side of all of them.
✓
Some tools ask "were you happy?" first and only show the Google link to people who say yes. That is called review gating, Google bans it, and businesses have had every review wiped for doing it. We never filter. Everyone gets the same link.
✓
Every text says Reply STOP, and one word takes that person off the list forever. Nothing sends after 8pm or before 8am in your customer's own time zone. You do not have to think about any of it.
✓
No app store, no accounts for your staff, no training afternoon. If someone can type a name into a phone, they can already use it.
One payment to get it working, then a flat monthly fee. No contract, no per-review charge, no surprises.

Neither button charges you. You tell us about the business, we reply and book a short call, and payment comes after that — or email management@cloudnexis.net.
No. There is one private link. Everyone on your team opens it on their own phone or the tablet at the counter. Nobody signs in, nobody has a password to forget.
Then do not tap Done, and nothing is sent. You can also sort it out with them face to face the way you always have. And anyone who has opted out is never contacted again, whatever anybody taps.
Most businesses see their first new review within about two days of starting. It depends on how many customers you serve, but the asking starts the same day you do.
We only hold a first name and a way to reach them, we use it for one message, and we never sell it or use it for anything else.
